Instructions
Warm 2 tablespoon Olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add 12 Meatballs and stir to brown on the outside. It should take about 5 minutes. (do not need to be cooked through at this point)
Meanwhile dice 1 Onion cut 80 grams Chorizo into cubes. Fry with meatballs for 5 mins
Use 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar to deglaze the pan, scraping all the delicious meatball goodness off the bottom of the pan.
Add 400 grams Chopped Tomatoes and season with Black Pepper & Salt.
Add 250 grams Spaghetti or Tagliatelle into the sauce, pour 500 ml Boiling Water over the pasta and bring to the boil. Give a stir and make sure no pasta is stuck to the bottom of the pan.
Turn down heat to simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 11 mins, stirring halfway through.
Serve with a good sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese, freshly chopped Parsley salt and black pepperEnjoy!!
