Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C Fan / 210°C / 415 F/ Gas Mark 6. Fry the bacon over medium heat until cooked to your preference, place to one side.Roll out the ready-rolled puff pastry sheet, cut the pastry into 6 equal(ish) Squares
1 Sheet Puff Pastry , 6 rashers Bacon
Lay the bacon across the pastry diagonally, top with a handful of cheese.
130 grams Cheddar Cheese
Now fold one corner over the cheese and then the other one over the top of that corner. Push the two corners firmly together to prevent them from unfolding during cooking.
Coat any exposed pastry with the whisked egg.Place them on a tray with a gap between them to allow them to puff!
1 Egg
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Best eaten warm!
