Air Fryer Carrots

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 large Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or spray oil, other oils, butter
  • Salt and Black Pepper

Optional extras - Chose any of the below extras to add to air fryer carrots

  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • ⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley or other herbs chopped to serve

Instructions

  • Peel carrots and cut into even-sized batons.

  • Add olive oil to a large bowl.
    *If adding other optional seasonings mix them in as well.
    1 tbsp Olive Oil , 1 tsp Chilli Flakes, ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • Place in carrot sticks stir to coat in oil.

  • Season with salt and black pepper.

  • Transfer carrots into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    Cook at 180°C / 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  • If you feel they need it, you can cook for longer.

  • Optional - Add a sprinkle of fresh herbs to serve.
