  • 2 tins Tuna in spring water/ brine or oil
  • 10 tablespoon Mayonnaise real or low fat
  • 1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard or other mustards
  • Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tin Sweetcorn
  • ½ Red Onion finely diced
  • ¼ Cucumber finely diced
  • Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Drain the tuna and sweetcorn.
    2 tins Tuna , 1 tin Sweetcorn

  • Dice the onion and cucumber.
    ½ Red Onion, ¼ Cucumber

  • Place the tuna, salad and vegetables into a large mixing bowl

  • Add mayonnaise and mustard, worcestershire and season with salt and black pepper.
    10 tablespoon Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard, Salt and Black Pepper, Splash of Worcestershire Sauce

  • Mix all together until well combined.
    If you like it creamier add more mayonnaise.
