Instructions
Make up the Marie Rose Sauce.Mix together 2 tbsp Ketchup, 5 tbsp Mayonaise, 2 tsp Lemon juice, 1 pinch Paprika.Add a layer of sauce at bottom of the serving dish. Halfway though add more, and a dollop on top at the end.
Slice the ½ Cucumber10 olives and 4 Boiled eggs into thin rounds, chop the 10 plum tomatoes in half. Break the leafs from the1 Romaine Lettuce and roughly chop.Build up the Smoked Salmon Cocktail in layers using sliced cucumber, lettuce, sprinkle from ½ tin sweetcorn, tomatoes, lettuce, olives and egg slices.Start again with more cucumber, 120 g (4 oz) Smoked Salmon, egg, a generous Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar Glaze and finally a 2 sprigs Dill.
Serve as it is or with 4 slices wholemeal bread and butter / cream cheese spread
