400mlBeef stockUse 1 stock pot or 2 stock cubes with boiling water.
2tinsChopped tomatoes(800g)
3tablespoonTomato puree
2tablespoonDried mixed herbs
1teaspoonBalsamic vinegar
Salt and black pepper
1teaspoonBrown sugar
500gramsSpaghetti

Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients.Finely dice 1 large Carrots and 2 OnionsFinely dice or mince 6 cloves Garlic
Fry the 200 g Bacon lardons in a pan for about 2 minutes.
Add the diced carrots, onion and garlic and fry until softened, about 8 minutes.
Transfer these ingredients from the pan into the slow cooker pot
Next, heat 1 tablespoon Olive oil in the same pan, add the 1 kg Beef mince and cook until it's just browned.
Pour in the 180 ml Red wine with the mince, stir well, and bring to a boil.
Transfer the mince into the slow cooker pot and add 400 ml Beef stock
Add all the below ingredients2 tins Chopped tomatoes3 tablespoon Tomato puree2 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegarSalt and black pepper1 teaspoon Brown sugar
Stir all the ingredients together.
Place lid on. Cook for 8 hours on low or6 hours on highDO NOT remove the lid at any point! It does not need stirring.
Once the time is up, remove the lid.
Stir and turn the slow cooker to high, keep the lid off to let it evaporate a little.Meanwhile, cook the 500 grams Spaghetti to the packet instructions
You have two options for serving. You can serve a scoopful of bolognese sauce on top of cooked spaghetti.
Or add the cooked spaghetti into the slow cooker pot.
Stir it through until it is evenly distributed.
Serve in a bowl with some grated Parmesanand Fresh basil chopped on top.
