Marie rose sauce, also known as seafood sauce, is most commonly used as the classic prawn cocktail sauce. A mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce can be spiced up with a pinch of black pepper or cayenne pepper. The sauce pairs well with all types of seafood, and it can be used as a dip, salad dressing or a topping.
