Use a fork to pierce the skin a few times on each potato
4 Baking Potatoes
In a large bowl, stir the salt in with the warm water until it dissolves.
1 tablespoon Salt, 225 ml Warm Water
Roll each potato into the salted water to coat the skin.
Place onto a baking tray, a tray with a rack works best.
Place the baking tray into the oven at 210°C fan/230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8 for 50 minutes.Time may vary depending on potato size our baking potatoes weighed approx 300 grams each. Adjust time to suit the size of your potato.
After 50 minutes, remove from the oven. Brush over the potato skins with olive oil using a silicone brush.
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Return the tray to the oven and cook for 20 minutes longer, to crisp off the skin.
Remove from oven and serve immediatly.
Cut open each potato and add your favorite toppings.
