Cook 200 grams Chips in your favourite way. We cooked our homemade air fryer chips, but oven chips / frozen chips cooked on a baking tray is fine too! 15 minutes before the chips are cooked start cooking the rest of the meal.

Snip incisions into the rind and fat layer of the 2 Gammon Steaks. This step prevents the gammon from curling up during cooking.
Place only ½ tablespoon of the 1 ½ tablespoon Olive Oil into a large frying pan, heat over medium-high heat. Add the 2 Gammon Steaks and cook for 3-6 minutes on each side. (Time depends on thickness of gammon steak)

Meanwhile, place another ½ tablespoon of oil into a griddle pan (or another frying pan) on medium heat, add 8 Small Vine Tomatoes and 4 Pineapple RingsOptional - We like to sprinkle 1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar on both sides of the pineapple to give them a caramelised finish.

Use the oil in the pan to coat the tomatoes. Turn the pineapple and cook until both sides are browned.
160 grams Peas
Cook 160 grams Peas in boiling water.
In another frying pan, fry your 2 Eggs with the final ½ tablespoon of oil to your desired consistency. We use duck eggs cooked with a runny yolk!

Once cooked, remove the gammon from the pan.
Plate the gammon steaks together with the egg, chips, pineapple, tomatoes and peas. Season with Salt & Pepper and optional Chilli Vinegar.
