Chocolate Buttercream

  • 30 g butter
  • 130 g icing sugar
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • Cream 30 g butter until soft and fluffy.
    Mixing softened butter in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment
  • Add 130 g icing sugar and sift in 15 g cocoa powder
    making a chocolate frosting using cocoa powder butter and icing sugar
  • Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if needed to make the right consistency.

  • Once well combined remove from stand mixer.
