Cheesy Chips (Bacon and Cheese Loaded Fries)

  • 500 grams Frozen Oven Chips Any type can be used Chunky Cut / French Fries / Curly Fries / Lattices/ Wedges
  • 65 grams Bacon Lardons
  • 150 grams Grated Mozzarella Or Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chives (optional)
  • Salt & Black Pepper to season

Instructions

  • Spread 500 grams Frozen Oven Chips on a baking tray in a single layer

  • Cook the oven chips as stated on the packaging/recipe

  • Meanwhile, fry 65 grams Bacon Lardons until crispy

  • Once the chips are cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with 150 grams Grated Mozzarella Or Cheddar Cheese and add crispy bacon lardons.

  • Cook in the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Chop the 1 tbsp Chives

  • Sprinkle with chives, Salt & Black Pepper and serve hot!
