Perfect sweet sticky Beer and Honey Glazed Bratwurst. Can't beat a German Sausage for dinner, we show you how to grill Bratwurst perfectly on an optigrill (George Foreman / BBQ / Grill or Pan). Meanwhile create a sauce in a cast iron skillet / pan using beer, honey & mustard with garlic, sugar and thyme. Serve Brats chopped and glazed in sauce or on the side as a dip. It is mouthwatering good, perfect for sharing plate or party food!

Instructions
Cook the 6 Bratwurst sausages on your Tefal optigrill or grill/pan/BBQ cook until well done normally 20 mins cooking time
Pour the 330 ml Beer, 100 ml Honey with 2 tbsp light brown sugar, and 2-3 sprigs Fresh Thyme in the pot over medium heat and bring to the boil.
Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 15 mins stirring the sauce until the liquid has reduced and thickened.
Add the 1 tbsp English Mustard, 1 tsp Garlic Puree and 2 tsp cornstarch whisking into the beer sauce.Return to the boil and keep stirring until the sauce is nice and thick.
Cut your bratwurst into nice size chunks and add them to the beer glaze and stir until fully coated.
We served our bratwurst with homemade chunky chips cooked in the acti-fry sprinkled with parmesan, leftover glaze to dip the chips in and homemade coleslaw.Enjoy!!!
