Instructions
British Back Bacon Rashers
Place the slices of bacon in a single layer in to your air fryer tray or basket.Turn the air fryer on to 200°C / 400°F. There is no need to preheat.
Cook for 8 - 10 minutes.Open the drawer to check, time may vary dependent on the thickness of the back bacon and how you like it cooked.The picture shown was air fried for 8 minutes using thick cut bacon.
Bacon Medallions
Place medallions in a single layer on the air fryer basket/ tray.There is no need to preheat the air fryer.
Cook at 200°C / 400°F for 6 - 8 minutes Check and cook longer to your desired amount of doneness.Bacon medallions shown here took 6 minutes in the air fryer.
American Streaky Bacon Rashers
Place streaky bacon rashers in a single layer in the air fryer tray or basket.To achieve extra crispy streaky bacon results, I recommend preheating first.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, you can check at anytime to see if it is done to your liking.The streaky bacon shown in this picture was air fried for 6 minutes.

If your air fryer tray or basket is not non-stick you may need a spray of oil before you place the bacon down.Do not overcrowd the air fryer tray as the bacon will not cook evenly.Cook in multiple batches if more needed.
