40grams(½ cup) OatsAny oats can be used (see post for more detail)
140grams(½ cup) Fat-free Yoghurtplain (use soya or coconut yoghurt for vegan friendly option)
8(½ cup) RaspberriesFresh or Frozen
100ml(½ cup) Coconut milkOr any other milk or 60ml more yoghurt instead
1teaspoonSweetener
1splashVanilla Extractor prefered flavouring
Instructions
Place the rolled oats, greek yoghurt into a lidded container.
Then add raspberries, coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
Place the lid on top giving a good shake to mix together.Place in the fridge overnight and let the flavours soak into the oats softening them up ready for the next day's breakfast.
