  • 4 Portabello Mushrooms
  • 1 spray spray oil
  • 75 grams Pancetta cubed
  • 2 tsp gia garlic puree 4 crushed garlic clove
  • 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • Salt & Pepper to serve


  • Pre Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7
  • Fry off the pancetta with a little spray oil for 3 mins, until crisp
  • Spread the garlic on all four mushrooms.
    Layer the cooked pancetta on the mushroom followed by a handful of grated mozzarella.
  • Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cook in the oven for 5-8 mins, until the cheese is fully melted
  • Sprinkle with dried mixed herbs, salt & pepper
