Should I invest in a Pressure Cooker?
This is not a necessity for the Kitchen as such, but we love our pressure cooker!! Makes meals so much quicker and no need to slave over the hob!
Pop it all in, shut the lid and let it do its magic! We have a few recipes on here using it, will continue to add more ideas. We use the Drew & Cole Pressure King Pro Pressure Cooker.
See below picture with our Gammon joint we cooked in it. We have the biggest one which is for bigger families and has all the options on it. It definitely makes the list for Best Kitchen Products for 2020.
A bonus with this pressure cooker compared to other cheaper brands is you have got a saute/fry mode on it, so no need to brown/sear your meat off in a pan before.

Tamara
I love that le creuset is on the top of your list. I have been wanting one of their Dutch ovens for a few years. I don’t know what colour I would buy though! I love the orange but it doesn’t really coordinate with the rest of my kitchen. BUT if I get what does coordinate will it be too matchy... oh the stress! Lol!
Kay
I know it is a big decision!! It will be with you a lifetime, so you got to choose a colour you won't get bored off! And I keep my Cast Iron Pan displayed on the hob all the time as it is used every day!
